Destiny Gundam is the latest MS developed by ZAFT to put an end to the battle between the Earth Alliance. Destiny’s performance far surpasses that of the Second Stage series such as Impulse Gundam. It is rumored that Gilbert Durandal was involved in its development. In hopes to build a new future for the Coordinators, Durandal gives the Destiny Gundam to Shin Asuka.
