Gundam Expands into New York with Citywide Celebration
LOS ANGELES, Calif., September 5, 2025 – Bandai Namco Filmworks is proud to announce that the Gundam series will make its most significant expansion into New York this October with a city-wide celebration uniting fans through a series of interconnected events. From an exclusive panel at New York Comic Con (NYCC) to Gundam Film Festival at Japan Society and an immersive GBASE POP-UP at American Dream, Gundam will transform New York with programming that bridges past, present, and future.

The celebration begins at NYCC, one of the largest pop culture conventions on the U.S. East Coast. On Thursday, October 9, fans can join a special panel event, “GUNDAM Showcase – Featuring Iron-Blooded Orphans, Hathaway, and the Future of Gundam”, in Room 405 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The panel will highlight the latest developments across the franchise, including the 10th anniversary of Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans and the highly anticipated upcoming release of Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway The Sorcery of Nymph Circe. Special guests include:
