One of the largest plastic model shows, the "57th Shizuoka Hobby Show" was held May 12~13, 2018 at Twin Messe Shizuoka.

Again for this year, Japan's famous makers of plastic models, radio-controlled cars, and train models gathered and announced their new products at the show.

At the BANDAI SPIRITS booth, new gunpla from November's theatrical release "Mobile Suit Gundam NT", the 30th anniversaries of "Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack" and "Mobile Suit Gundam F91", and the latest gunpla for "Gundam Build Fighters" that is broadcast weekly every Tuesday at 17:55 on TV Tokyo's network. Within the Monthly Gundam Ace "Mobile Suit MOON Gundam" series, an "HG Moon Gundam" gunpla will be released. A new SD Gundam series "SD Gundam Cross Silhouette", a June release "Figure-riseLABO Fumina Hoshino", and many other gunpla and character models were exhibited to great success.
