Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building TOKYO GUNDAM IN THE FUTURE Projection Mapping Performance is a Big Hit! Approx. 4,000 People Attended on the First Day!
The performance will be held three times each day during Golden Week at 7 PM, 8 PM, and 9 PM!

TOKYO GUNDAM IN THE FUTURE, projection mapping performances featuring the Gundam series, is being shown as a part of TOKYO Night & Light, a projection mapping event with light and sound effects to create various forms of art using the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No.1 as a canvas.
TOKYO GUNDAM IN THE FUTURE features various mobile suits, including a Gundam with a new color scheme, and tells a parallel story where mobile suits unite to lead the way in space exploration.
The first screening was held on Saturday, April 26th, and about 4,000 people, including families and people visiting Tokyo from overseas, came to Tomin Hiroba. Visitors were impressed by the dynamic Gundam, exclaiming, “It was exciting and it felt like the Gundam was actually moving inside the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. I was able to take pictures with my smartphone!” and “I've seen projection mapping in my country, but this was on a different level. I was able to enjoy Japan’s sophisticated content and technology.”
TOKYO GUNDAM IN THE FUTURE will be screened three times each day from 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM, and 9:00 PM until Tuesday, May 6th, and from 7:30 PM, 8:30 PM, and 9:30 PM from Saturday, May 10th.
