It has a revised frame structure, and can change into a mobile armor form designed as a fighter-bomber for anti-ship and anti-fortress attack. Its large weapon, the hyper knuckle buster, was changed from the previous type with a direct generator connection to a hand-held E-pack type, improving its overall fighting abilities. This machine was produced in large numbers at the end of the first Neo Zeon War, and it appears among the Sleeves during their final battle as well.
