61st Shizuoka Hobby Show GUNPLA Photo Report: Gundam Build Metaverse & Gundam Build Divers Genius Head Line Version

The 61st Shizuoka Hobby Show, a major trade fair for plastic and other kinds of models, will be held the weekend of 5/13 and 5/14 at Twin Messe Shizuoka.*

Japanese world-famous model brands that make plastic models, railroad models, and RC models, etc. came together for this event, which is one of the largest model exhibitions in Japan where new trendy products of the year are announced and exhibited. Trader invitation days were held on Wednesday, 5/10, and Thursday, 5/11, and many new products were announced by each company.

At the BANDAI SPIRITS booth, many new GUNPLA were exhibited, including the EG LAH Gundam appearing in Gundam Build Metaverse which will be streamed on the Gundam YouTube Channel in October, along with five other GUNPLA from the series; the MGSD Gundam Barbatos from Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans; the RG Gundam Epyon from Mobile Suit Gundam W; and HG Gundam Lfrith Jiu from Vanadis Heart, an official spin-off comicalization of Mobile Suit Gundam THE WITCH FROM MERCURY.
