Experience the Story of Mobile Suit Gundam: Silver Phantom and Enjoy a Trick Art Installation Featuring the Delta Zayin! A Photo Report of the “Gundam is So Close Exhibition by Meta Quest”
Held every weekend until February 24th at Tokyo Dome City Attractions!
The experiential event "Gundam is So Close by Exhibition by Meta Quest" began today, on Saturday, December 14th, at Tokyo Dome City Attractions. This event will be held only on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays until Monday, February 24th, 2025. It is free to enter.
At the event, visitors can use the Meta Quest 3S, a state-of-the-art MR headset, to experience sections from the VR movie Mobile Suit Gundam: Silver Phantom and the MR Gallery Mode where the Mobile Suits can be observed from every angle within the dock.
There will also be a photo spot using three-dimensional art incorporating optical illusions where you can take photos that look like you are being held by the Delta Zayin, an AR (Augmented Reality) poster where characters pop out and move when you scan it with your smartphone, and an exhibition of original illustrations that can be viewed on a touch panel. This is an event where you can see, touch, and fully experience the movie, so be sure to check it out.
