Official THE GUNDAM BASE SATELLITE Stores Open at Nagoya and Kyoto in March!

■ COVID-19 Countermeasures at THE GUNDAM BASE SATELLITE
The following COVID-19 countermeasures are being taken at stores in BANDAI NAMCO Amusement facilities and will also be applied to THE GUNDAM BASE SATELLITE stores.

◆COVID-19 Countermeasures at Stores

・Employees will keep a safe distance when guiding visitors.
・Employees will undergo health checks (*1) before shifts, and are required to wash their hands, gargle, disinfect, and wear masks.
・Hand sanitizers will be placed at store entrances.
・Protective sheets will be placed in front of the store reception areas and cash registers.
・The stores will thoroughly cleaned and disinfected (*2).
・The volume of sounds in the store will be adjusted to appropriate levels.

*1) Health checks before shifts
・Employees are required to take their temperature and are ordered to stay home if they have symptoms of colds (such as coughing or a fever over 37.5 degrees) or if they feel sick.
・Employees are required to report to the company if a family member has been infected or if they come in close contact with a person who has been infected.

*2) Disinfection and cleaning
・Fixtures around the cash register, display shelves for merchandise, and shopping baskets will be regularly disinfected and cleaned.

◆Please read the following before visiting the facilities

・Advance reservation system
Visitors are required to apply for advance reservations (by lottery) for the time being.
Applications will be available from February 10th, 2021 on THE GUNDAM BASE official website and THE GUNDAM BASE official Twitter account.

・Visitors who have a cold or a fever of 37.5 degrees or above, or feel fatigued or have difficulty breathing will not be allowed to enter the stores.
・Visitors will have their body temperature checked with a non-contact thermometer.
・Please wear a mask in the store.
・Please use the hand sanitizers placed in the stores.
・Please cooperate in maintaining a safe distance between other visitors in the store or when waiting in lines.
*Visitors who do not cooperate with the requests above may be refused entry into the stores.

◆Facility business status
Information regarding the business statuses of each store is available on the BANDAI NAMCO Amusement website.
If the facilities where the stores are located are temporarily closed, change their business hours, or if only certain floors are opened, the stores will adhere to the decisions of the facilities.
