A fan meeting and THE GUNDAM BASE LOS ANGELES POP-UP will also be held!
Anime Expo 2022 (AX2022), North America’s largest manga and anime fair, is being held in Los Angeles (USA)’s Convention Center over four days from Friday, July 1st, to Monday, July 4th.
Anime Expo is a yearly event focusing on Japanese pop culture, spearheaded by anime and manga. This year’s event will be held as an offline event for the first time since 2019.
The Gundam section has a large banner that has been put on display on the wall of the venue featuring Mobile Suit Gundam THE WITCH FROM MERCURY. Fan meeting event AX Gundam VIP Event Summer 2022 will be held on Sunday, July 3rd. It will include hosted talk panels about the Gundam anime, GUNPLA, and games and other exhibits such as photo booths. It will also hold THE GUNDAM BASE LOS ANGELES POP-UP, a store mainly focused on GUNPLA and other types of merchandise, and a booth featuring the latest GUNDAM EVOLUTION FPS video game.
