Gundam Series x CALL OF DUTY Series Collab Visual Revealed! Comments from Illustrator umegrafix have also Arrived!

A visual of the current collaboration between the Gundam and CALL OF DUTY series has been revealed.

The visual depicts the Moblie Suit Gundam and the collab in-game operator skin RX-78-2 Gundam. Comments from the illustrator umegrafix have also arrived so be sure to check them out.

The collaboration takes place in three titles: CALL OF DUTY™: MODERN WARFARE 3, CALL OF DUTY™: WARZONE, and CALL OF DUTY™: WARZONE MOBILE.
Various bundles inspired by Mobile Suits are now available along with an event where players can receive free DLC, including blueprints and camouflages for weapons, by completing tasks within the event period.

I was quite surprised that CoD (CALL OF DUTY) beloved by worldwide FPS fans, would collaborate with Gundam, which we Japanese anime fans have loved since childhood. When I saw the design of the Gundam suit created by CoD's artists, I was even more surprised by the high level of perfection (It takes true love to achieve something like that!).

I was honored to learn that the illustration I was commissioned to create would be exclusively used for a promotion project for North America. I made every effort to depict it in a heroic and dignified manner so that even CoD fans unfamiliar with Gundam would appreciate it.
