Gundam Evolution Launches on Consoles with Season 2 “Mobius”

November 30th, 2022 marks the launch of Gundam Evolution on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One!

Gundam Evolution is a 6v6 Hero FPS where players take control of various Mobile Suits from the Gundam universe. Expect to see favorites old and new competing in high stakes action to be the victor. Each with their own playstyles, abilities, and movement options you’ll never know who or what is around the corner.

Taking place across multiple maps with game modes such as Destruction, Point Capture, and Domination, players will be able to experience different types of combat.

Point capture will stack one defending or attacking team to either protect or take a capture point to push the opposing team back. Destruction will task the attackers to plant a hold a megacharge while the defenders have to run out the clock and defuse. Domination has both teams on attack and defense as they take and hold randomly unlocked objectives to reach a capture percentage of 100%.

If you like to fight, you’re going to be doing a lot of it!

Mobius introduces the one and only Nu Gundam!

Nu Gundam will prove to be a formidable mobile suit that is equipped with everything you expect.

Its first active skill “Fin Funnel” will provide fire support to Nu Gundam and allow focusing of a target with additional damage.

The second active skill “Hyper Bazooka” doubles as both an offensive and defensive ability because it gives Nu a quick dodge in any direction. Making good use of this ability will require some forward thinking.

Finally, the G-Maneuver named “Fin Funnel Barrier” will create a triangular barrier that can provide cover for both Nu and their team providing cover to hunker down or push! While it blocks incoming ranged damage, it still allows for mobile suits to move freely through the barrier. This means those with exceptional melee can close the gap.

The new Colony Trading Post destruction map features both an urban and underground industrial area which will shake up fights as teams attempt to plant or defuse the megacharge.

A unique feature of this map are the shutters located around the objectives which will periodically raise or lower to change the flow of game play. This is a level of dynamism that has never existed, and we hope you enjoy it!
