3DS 'SD Gundam G Generation 3D' to feature Gundam AGE!

SD Gundam G Generation 3D, the newest entry in Namco Bandai Games's popular world-spanning strategy series, will release exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS on December 22nd.

Pricing for the software is ¥6,090, with the Char's Customize Nintendo 3DS premium boxset retailing for ¥21,090.

SD Gundam G Generation 3D takes advantage of the 3DS's capabilities and lets the player experience solid 3D maps and combat screens with an original scenario based on Gundam. Mobile suits move in and out in impressive combat scenes.

This version also marks the debut of Mobile Suit Gundam AGE!

This is the first time Gundam AGE will appear in a home video game.

■ New systems evolve the game!
Along with updates meant to smooth out the old systems, Spirit Commands and an option to select which version of a character is used deepen strategy!

＜The new Spirit Command system!＞
Along with the existing GGen systems 'Chance Step', 'Tension', and 'Support', 'Spirit Commands' are now available with which to prove your tactical expertise!

【Chance Step】

A system where taking down an enemy grants another move. Using the spirit command 'Awakening', units can keep going until their EM is completely drained.

If an enemy is too far away even with Chance Step, you can activate Accel or Snipe to catch up!

【Tension】

Pilots can be either 'Routed', 'Unsure', 'Normal', 'Enthusiastic', or 'Fired Up', affecting their attack power and accuracy.

Routed pilots can't attack at all, but a quick 'Yell' Spirit command will fire them up right away!

【Support Attack】
Nearby allied units can help out with an attack. It's great for leveling up weaker units without exposing them to a counterattack. By using the 'Effort' Spirit command, you can even double the EXP they gain!

【Multi-Lock Weapons】
Multi-Lock Weapons attack a number of enemies on one shot. By using the Spirit Commands Valor or Soul, you can inflict huge amounts of damage in one shot!

Menus now feature helpful icons and text on the lower screen. While looking at the map, the top screen displays the tactical layout while the bottom screen contains information on the selected unit.
