NOVEMBER UPDATE FOR GUNDAM BATTLE: GUNPLA WARFARE INTRODUCES A NEW 3V3 PVP MODE

North America’s First Mobile Game in the GUNDAM Franchise Also Brings Back Nu Gundam [Ver.Ka] for a Limited Time, Announces Black Friday Sale

Tokyo, Japan., (November 22, 2019) - Leading interactive entertainment publisher and developer BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc. today announced that the Ver.1.2 update for GUNDAM BATTLE: GUNPLA WARFARE will be coming soon alongside other important announcements for the game. The first mobile game in the GUNDAM franchise to be available in North America, GUNDAM BATTLE: GUNPLA WARFARE is available on iOS and Android devices.

Update Ver.1.2 officially brings the 3v3 PVP mode to GUNDAM BATTLE: GUNPLA WARFARE. Players will be able to battle each other with three of their Gunplas as opposed to the conventional one. The arena will be rotating between the 3v3 PVP mode and 1v1 PVP mode to add variety to the current PVP system. The update also offers a new story chapter alongside a new free mission stage where players can farm parts from the original Gunpla “Code Φ (Phi).”

GUNDAM BATTLE: GUNPLA WARFARE will be bringing back a fan-favorite Gunpla, Nu Gundam [Ver.Ka], for a limited time to help celebrate Gundam’s 40th anniversary. The revival of Nu Gundam will be available in the game from December 3 through December 10, which coincides with the re-release of the mecha classic Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack in select U.S. theaters for a one-night screening event on December 5.
