Gundam Barbatos Lupus Rex releases today on Saturday, May 30, from METAL ROBOT SPIRITS, a double name brand that combines Chogokin and Robot Spirits.
This item was supervised by Mr. Naohiro Washio, who designed the Barbatos series from Mobile Suit Gundam: IRON-BLOODED ORPHANS, and features a form that pursues the MS depicted in the series to its limits.
This item has the largest maximum ratio of die-cast metal in the METAL ROBOT SPIRITS series to create an overwhelming sense of weight. The metal used for the Gundam Frame also gives it a realistic feel. The body has been painted with various colors mainly consisting of matte colors while the glossy and metallic textures seen throughout the figure give it a gorgeous appearance.
Certain sections of the markings were also intentionally designed to look scratched, and the cockpit can be opened and closed. The Tail Blade, Super Large Mace, Pile Bunkers, and a dedicated display base is included.
