The Mobile Suit Gundam Rainwear Collection collaboration brought to you by RAINS, the global rainwear brand, will be available at STRICT-G, the apparel shop that incorporates the world of Gundam, starting Saturday, June 11.
RAINS is a brand that was founded in 2012 in Denmark, where it is rainy and cloudy for the majority of the year. RAINS, wanting you to be able to enjoy rainy days, reinterprets the traditional rubber raincoat, and has grown into a functional and fashionable global rainwear brand.
For this collection, we bring you RAINS’ staple products: Long Jackets and Mini Backpacks. The line up will include two designs each featuring the Earth Federation Forces mark (the E.F.S.F. Pattern) and the Zeon Forces mark (the ZEON FORCES pattern).

The long jackets, RAINS’ staple product, have the Earth Federation Forces mark and the Zeon Forces mark printed on the body of their respective color, and are made in a Scandinavian-like, sophisticatedly minimalistic design. There are snap buttons on the front, and pockets on each side. The backside is made with a stylish back yoke, and the triangular slit at the hem is casually appealing. Made out of 100% polyester, they have great elasticity and can be worn without any stress. The sleeves and hoods, along with other sewn parts, are specially joined by ultrasonic machines after sewing with thread to help prevent water from seeping through the sewn parts.
