RG 1/144 Gundam Epyon
Going on sale on Saturday, September 30 / 4,620 JPY (tax incl.)
The Gundam Epyon from Mobile Suit Gundam W is here with whole new design arrangements with draconic motifs unique to this RG model kit.
The torso has three swinging axes and the abdomen can bend forward, enhancing flexibility during forward bending poses. Locking mechanisms are implemented into the hip joints to maintain the transformation gimmicks and articulation while enabling wide swinging movements and sturdy structures.
The arms have movable axes added in the upper wrist and rolling movements in the forearms allow for a wide range of expressions, and the shoulder armor parts can be deployed to enable arm raising poses while maintaining the shoulder positions. These functions also allow for dynamic poses where the Beam Sword is raised with both hands.
The blades on the legs move in conjunction with the movement of the knees to reduce interference while allowing natural kneeling poses. The small wings on the wing parts expand in conjunction with the movement of the wings, and the positions of the wings can be adjusted with the movable axes in their bases.
The horns can be deployed and the mouths open to create facial expressions when in MA mode, and the pull-out ball joints built into the shins and movable shafts in the thighs allow for the dragon necks to move smoothly.
Advanced MS Joints have been implemented into the Heat Rod to create sharp sword-like forms and spiral movements. A wire is included to recreate the cable that connects the Beam Sword to the mount latch.
