Four Items, Including the Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway and Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet Collaboration GUNPLA, Go on Sale Today at THE GUNDAM BASE!

Four new items will go on sale today, Monday, June 21st, at the GUNPLA complex THE GUNDAM BASE, including the Collaboration GUNPLA Plastic Model that carries out an extraordinary collaboration between the two box office hits at movie theatres throughout Japan, Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway and Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet.

In addition to the Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway and Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet collaboration GUNPLA, the GUNDAM BASE-exclusive lineup includes the HG Gundam Mk-II (21st CENTURY REAL TYPE Ver.), the Entry Grade Gundam Painting Model, and the 1/100 MS Effect 01 (Clear Blue). The package will be adorned with a newly-designed illustration. The HG Char’s Zaku II comes in a coloring inspired by Shūichi Akai and includes brand-new marking stickers. The Entry Grade Conan Edogawa comes in a coloring inspired by Char’s Zaku II.

This is a Gundam Mk-II from Mobile Suit Z Gundam, in an original color supervised by Kawaguchi Meijin.
Its extreme mobility allows it to recreate the impressive action scenes that enriched the story, and its elbows and knees have a superior level of mobility thanks to the use of double joints. In addition to equipment such as shield, bazooka, and Vulcan pod, it also comes with limited edition original water decals.
Moreover, the package is adorned with an illustration that resembles the original Real Type color image.

This is an Entry Grade 1/44 RX-78-2 Gundam’s Painting Model, supervised by Kawaguchi Meijin.
This GUNPLA, with its simple parts structure and cast colors, is perfect as an entry model for GUNPLA painting beginners. It has a limited amount of parts, but thanks to our technical expertise it has a high level of mobility. The parts for each area are grouped together in the runners, and the use of the Touch Gate technology makes it possible to hand-snap the parts out of the runner without using nippers.
It also includes a detailed explanation by Kawaguchi Meijin of the assembling technique.

This is a clear blue effect part set inspired by THE GUNDAM BASE’s colors, from the GUNPLA official customization parts series, adaptable to 1/100 scale models.
It includes two beam effect parts and two vernier effect parts, and combining them allows you to recreate Beam Rifle firing scenes or Mobile Suit ejection scenes. You may also enjoy combining them with the 1/100 MS Vernier (sold separately).
