Cross-talk Between Yoshikazu Yasuhiko and Yoshihisa Araki Commorating Mobile Suit Gundam Cucuruz Doan’s Island Being a Big Hit!
Yoshikazu Yasuhiko is the character designer and animation director on Mobile Suit Gundam while Yoshihisa Araki was in charge of the script and wrote episode 15, “Cucuruz Doan’s Island.”
Surprisingly, they didn’t have many chances at the time to interact, so Mr. Yasuhiko wanted to meet up once again when the movie was in production. It was a short period of time, but it was the first time in forty-three years that the two were able to chat. They spoke about topics like how writing the script was at the time.

The Yoshikazu Yasuhiko/Mobile Suit Gundam THE ORIGIN Exhibition is being held in Canal City, Hakata, and the Bandai Namco Cross Store Hakata has also opened. The Life-size vGundam Statue is also standing at Lalaport Fukuoka. Fukuoka is having a fantastic summer!
This issue features details on each facility as well as an interview with Masaki Kawahara, the creative director of all the life-size statues and the person in charge of the production of the Life-size vGundam Statue.
Information on the Latest TV Series, Mobile Suit Gundam The Witch From Mercury, Starting in October!
The Witch From Mercury PROLOGUE was released on July 14th during GUNDAM NEXT FUTURE -LINK THE UNIVERSE-.
In it, there were scenes featuring concepts such as the GUND Format and the MS Development Council that revealed the universe and some of the technology being used in this series. There are still many mysteries lying in wait, including how this information connects to the main story. Expectations are high.
