In commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the broadcast of "Mobile Suit Gundam", it has been decided to release the "Mobile Suit Gundam 40th Anniversary Official Book", which contains 40 years of Gundam history in one commemorative book.

This book contains 4 key visuals of the "Mobile Suit Gundam 40th Anniversary Project" on its cover, and of course reviews the series over the course of 40 years. "Creation of Gundam" introduces the creation methods of the animation to reference art and original drawings, and in addition to "Music of Gundam" which summarizes 40 years of theme songs and insert music, messages from over 80 staff & cast are also included.

Pre-orders start August 10, 2019 (Sat) at THE GUNDAM BASE TOKYO, Gundam Cafes Akihabara, Odaiba, and Dotonbori, Osaka, and Gundam Square.

In addition, besides the "Theatrical Version 'Mobile Suit Gundam' Cinema Concert" held at Tokyo Opera City on August 16 (Fri) and 17 (Sat), 2019, it will also be sold at "The World of Yoshiyuki Tomino" exhibition in the Fukuoka Art Museum starting August 20, 2019 (Tue).
