Message from GUNDAM “BEYOND,” a special video for fans all over the world that encourages everyone to “awaken” our strength to overcome difficult times caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and other issues, has been released today on Wednesday, August 5th.

This video begins with Amuro Ray and Char Aznable from Mobile Suit Gundam calling out followed by messages toward the people of Earth by Banagher Links (Gundam Unicorn), Mikazuki Augus (Iron-Blooded Orphans), Setsuna F. Seiei (Gundam 00), Heero Yuy (New Mobile Report Gundam Wing), Kamille Bidan (Z Gundam), and Hathaway Noa (Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway).

The video also features songs from Mobile Suit Gundam and Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack, as well as “THE BEYOND,” the theme song for the 40th anniversary of Gundam by LUNA SEA. The theme of the video focuses on the sorrow and hubris of humanity while conveying a message of everlasting hope that has been depicted countless times throughout the Gundam series.
