Episode 16 "Cycle of Sin"

The school is in chaos as a result of the Open Campus incident. The Benerit Group's coverup of the incident, and its aggressive security operations on Earth, have been reported to the public, and it decides to hold a presidential election to turn the situation around. In the middle of all this, Miorine's questioning has ended, and she finally returns to the school.
