■Tsukasa Shiba
The so-called mastermind behind the foul play of the Mass-Divers. He intends to destroy GBN by dispersing the unofficial tools he has developed, known as Break Decals.
■Astray No-Name
A Gunpla built by Tsukasa Shiba, based on the Gundam Astray. The base machine has been drastically customized, and it is equipped with a n_i_t_r_o system that forcibly boosts the abilities of the fighter who controls it.
