STRICT-G, an apparel store offering items that incorporate the world of Gundam, has announced the release of nine items created through a collaboration between Mobile Suit Gundam and UNIVERSAL OVERALL, a workwear brand from Chicago, USA, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year.
Pre-orders begin today, Friday, September 13th at 1:00 PM (JST) on Premium Bandai's STRICT-G Online Store.
This collaboration celebrates the 45th anniversary of the Gundam series and offers items designed with motifs based on the Principality of Zeon, iconic scenes from the series, and key visuals from Mobile Suit Gundam.
The lineup includes nine items in total: coveralls, pocket T-shirts, key visual T-shirts, “Last Shooting” panel T-shirts, short-sleeved worker's shirts, daypacks, and caps.
The collection will also be available at the UNIVERSAL OVERALL TOKYO store, the UNIVERSAL OVERALL official online store, and all STRICT-G stores from Saturday, September 14th, so be sure to check them out when you visit the stores.

These coverall jackets are models that represent UNIVERSAL OVERALL and are faithful reproductions based on original archived pieces. They are made using original TC twill materials that look tough but are comfortable to wear.
Four practical panel pockets are attached to the front. They were carefully crafted with attention to detail that can be seen in the donut buttons with the UNIVERSAL logo, right chest pockets with chain stitch embroidery of the Zeon insignia, left sleeves with a patch of the Principality of Zeon’s Musai-class space light cruiser FARMEL, left chest pockets with UNIVERSAL OVERALL x Zeon insignia silicone rubber name plates, and webbing (strip) attached beneath the pocket. Their designs also incorporate military elements, making it a one-of-a-kind coverall that also gives off an urban atmosphere.
