New DLC announced for PS3 Gundam Extreme Vs.! Xi Gundam and GP-03 to be added on 12/13!

Namco Bandai Games matches the December 13th release of "Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Vs. PlayStation 3 the Best" with a new DLC pack.

Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Vs. features 2v2 team battle clashes between mobile suits from various Gundam series, with gorgeous graphics and deep tactics, making it a favorite among young men.
The original 2011 release sold over 500,000 copies in Japan, and it's now available as a "PlayStation 3 the Best" release! Its new price will be ¥3,800.


The first new DLC pack will feature both the Xi Gundam recently introduced to the arcade version of Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Vs. Full Boost and your first chance to play the GP-03 planned for later release.
A Complete Pack containing all previous DLC will also be made available.

A free update to version 1.02 is also required to use the new suits.
The patch makes the following changes:

○ Creates new Save Data and Replay Data files for 1.02.
○ Migrates 1.01 or older save data to the new file.
○ 1.01 or older replay data will be viewable from the "Old Replay" section of the Replay Room.
○ Battle counts when viewing players online now cap at 99,999 rather than 9,999.
○ The ranking boards will be cleared. (Play in a ranked match to regain your ranking.)
○ Uploaded replay data will be cleared.
○ Several freeze bugs have been fixed.

■ We team up with "Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation"!
The first press of Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Vs. PlayStation 3 the Best will include codes redeemable for three energy units in Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation.
Purchases of the Xi Gundam or GP-03 by December 17th, 2013 will also include one energy capsule.
