METAL BUILD Gundam Dynames Repair III Goes on Sale Today! It Includes Several Reinterpreted Armaments!

Today, Thursday, July 22, the Gundam Dynames Repair III will go on sale from the METAL BUILD line, a toy brand featuring completed figures created through the ultimate combination of the strengths of Chogokin and of a design arrangement fitting each title. Its retail price is JPY 25,300 (tax included).

The new form of Gundam Dynames, Gundam Dynames Repair III, first appeared in the reading live event Gundam Festival 10 “Re:vision” held to celebrate Mobile Suit Gundam 00’s tenth anniversary. This is the first time it has been rendered into a 3D figure. It includes various gimmicks created by an amazing pair of mecha designers: Takayuki Yanase and Kanetake Ebikawa.
In addition to its new body with its massive die-cast frame, it includes several reinterpretations in its main weapon, the GN Bazooka, and the GN Shields on both its shoulders. It is possible to mount the GN Bazooka on the rear thrusters on its hips and to expand forward the GN Shields thanks to the arms on its back, in a way similar to the Gundam Dynames.
It can assume squatting poses thanks to its newly designed joints. Kanetake Ebikawa, the METAL BUILD Gundam 00 Coordinator has supervised the markings on its body.
Additionally, users can recreate its bombarder form with its impressive firepower by expanding the GN Bazooka and the GN Cannons, and they can change the Shields’ shape to use them as a handheld armament.
