The Silver Bullet Suppressor from "Mobile Suit Gundam NT" appears as an HGUC kit.

 

As to the gimmick that replaces the right arm after firing the beam magnum, the waist crane can be used to replace the right arm part stored in the backpack. The Gundam-type face is also modelled to match the setting image. Besides the hand parts, a replacement right arm part and beam magnum are also included.
